When AI translation is the better fit
- Conferences, summits and award shows with many languages in the audience.
- Events that also need captions on screens or in a livestream.
- Multi-room programs where a booth in every room is not practical.
When to keep human interpreters
For closed-door negotiations, legal or medical settings, and diplomatic events where every word carries weight, a professional interpreter is still the right choice. Many events use both: interpreters for a VIP track, AI translation for everyone else.
