How live AI translation works at your event
Scan
Attendees scan a QR code on screen, on signage or on their seat. No app, no account.
Choose
They pick their language from the ones you offer, up to six per event.
Listen or read
Captions appear on their phone, or an AI voice reads them through headphones.
Behind the scenes, speech recognition turns each sentence into text, our translation engine translates it with the context of the talk and your list of names and terms, and the result reaches every phone, screen and stream at the same time.
Built for the way events really sound
- Speakers who mix languages, such as Thai with English words, are handled in one stream.
- Speaker names, brands and industry terms are loaded before the event and corrected live by our engineer.
- The same captions feed the big screen, a transparent overlay for your livestream, and text feeds for stage displays.
- Every session is kept as a transcript in every language, ready for the recording and your follow-up.
A managed service, not software to learn
We bring the console laptop, audio interface and cables. All we need from the venue is one line output from the mixing console, a small table with power near the audio desk, and internet. We sound check with your AV team before doors and stay until the last speaker.
“Easy to use, easy to set up. They came the day before to set up and test, and it took less than half an hour.”
Where we work
We run events across Southeast Asia, East Asia and the Middle East, from Bangkok and Singapore to Tokyo, Seoul and Dubai. See our locations for the languages each market usually needs.
